take a lot of calories let's say I ate 1,500 calories because that exceeds my
caloric goal for the day by 8 1,500 calories I know that by working out that
kind of still puts me in that caloric deficit and that's what I'm looking for
it so I mean at the end of the day weight loss is all about the numbers right so
you want to make sure you're in taking healthy calories or the right calories
