countdown keto   hard but that was what I needed because in that one hour I didn't think about my dad the situation lying you can literally be like that's right my poop don't say because it helps to cleanse you from the inside going to you fit then I would go to Orangetheory maybe I'd fit in like a two a day I'd go like once in the morning and once in the afternoon but that's how I would kind of generally handle it sessions are a little bit different I go to Orangetheory Monday Wednesday Friday Saturday Sunday my recovery days from cardio and high intensity training are those two days a week and on those two days I do mainly weight trains for those days so that's how I kind of keep active one of my goals is to always make sure that I run at least a mile when I do go to Orangetheory on my active recovery days I don't do as much cardio do a lot of weight training and I just do cardio to kind of loosen up the muscles and the joints to prepare for  cou...
